City meetings streaming live on YouTube
City of Bessemer business meetings will now be broadcast live on the city’s YouTube channel.
The Bessemer City Council passed a resolution on July 7, 2020 to have City Council meetings streamed live on YouTube during the COVID-19 pandemic.
City Council meetings are held each first and third Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. during the pandemic. Residents of Bessemer can watch the meetings on the city’s YouTube channel at City of Bessemer, Alabama. In addition, meetings of the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Planning and Zoning Board will be carried live on the channel during the pandemic. The ZBA meets each second Tuesday of the month at 4 p.m. and the Planning and Zoning Board meets each third Tuesday at 4 p.m
